This wil change the default locales to use "OpenConext" in menu's and teksts, and add a SURF specific flavor.
New flavors can be added by adding a new folder in the flavors/ folder. This will result in a new target-<flavorname> folder when building.

• Local build script to build multiple flavors
• Fix translation keys in js code
• Fix automated tests on github
• Update Github actions to build and publish all the flavors in the maven repo
• Update docker builds to build and publish different docker images for different flavors
• Use a local stored logo instead of the default from SDS
• Check how missing translations are handled, if a flavor is incomplete
